  • Workmanship Warranty: White Buffalo Roofing provides a workmanship warranty on completed projects. The warranty term will be specified in your service agreement or invoice.

  • Manufacturer Warranties: Roofing materials may carry separate warranties provided by the manufacturer. These are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and are not administered by White Buffalo Roofing.

4. Payment Terms

  • A deposit may be required prior to beginning any project.

  • The remaining balance is due upon completion unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Late payments may incur fees as permitted by Arkansas law.

  • Payment methods accepted: cash, check, or approved electronic payment options.

5. Scheduling and Delays

We strive to complete all projects on schedule. However, weather conditions, material availability, or unforeseen issues may cause delays.

  • Removing or protecting personal items around the work area.

  • Notifying neighbors if necessary when large equipment or noise may occur.

White Buffalo Roofing is not responsible for damage to landscaping or items not properly covered or removed by the customer prior to work.
